In his memoir, Sam Webb recalls in great detail the love and camaraderie of his Jewish family and community in Brest-Litovsk, Poland. He also shares his warm memories of growing up in the vibrant Jewish hubs of Carlton and Brunswick during the Second World War and of the opportunity-filled post-war period when he met Raymonde, the love of his life.
